Chucky Star became the consummate LA party kid who was a sought after guest at parties. When the scene died out, he moved on along with everyone else. Star’s shoes were made by Fred Slatten, West Hollywood’s shoemaker to the stars, whose colorful creations were all the rage in the glitter years
