There is an ironic beauty in the collapse of our global climate, and the sound of meltwater rushing from this void in the ice amidst the Arctic's deafening silence filled me with serenity. The outcome of this journey is up to us – I hope my photography has the power to inspire steps towards reducing our impact, however big or small, and that we find our planet on the path to recovery one day soon.
